Firm History and Mission
Founder and President
of Dahill, Hilda R. Solaun established the firm in 1979 to provide a
full-range of professional real estate services throughout Florida. Our
mission is to provide quality, results, and rapid response to clients. We
provide leasing, acquisition, and disposition services with the utmost
professionalism to facilitate transactions. The firm brings experience
having worked with numerous public- and private-sector clients, federal
government and State of Florida agencies, including the St. Johns River
Water Management Districts, clients involved in wetland mitigation
banking, residential, commercial, and industrial acquisition and sales,
and transactions involving timber and large tracts of lands.
